For our guests we organize trips to Rome, Elba Island, Florence with air-condotioned bus and multilingual guide. In case we don't get the minimum of people required, the excursion will not take place.

In the neighborhood you can visit ancient and medieval villages such as Populonia, Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Vetulonia, Roselle, Castagneto Carducci; natural and archaeological Parks such as " The archeological Mines Park of San Silvestro, The archeological Park of Baratti", the Parco Regionale della Maremma or Oasi WWF Orti del Bottagone.

In Piombino , about 12 Km. Far from the camping , you can visit the astronomical observatory of Punta Falcone as well as the old part of the city rich of monuments such as the Torrione, the Rivellino, the Castle, S. Antimo church and the house with mullioned windows all of which date back to the period between xii and xvi century.

In Venturina you can relax yourself as the etruscans did in the thermal waters rich of magnesium, bicarbonate, sulphate and coming out with a natural temperature of 45°.

From the camping you can start trekking and mountain-bike tours;or taste typical wine, oil and food at the local farms, or go for a walk in the many shoppingcentres nearby.

If you particularly like the sea, you can make use of the charter service Aldar Sail for boat trips in the Tuscan Archipel with sea-going boats with or without skipper.
